We want you to love your Warmbie. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery.

How to request a return

1. Email support@warmbie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with tracking. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Conditions

• Items must be returned complete (blanket, cable and any accessories), clean and in good condition.
• Free gifts included with your order do not need to be returned.
• Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working or is not what you ordered, email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
