Shipping Policy

Warmbie is operated by ECOM PHILOSOPHY LLC. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time and cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods such as the holidays.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us at support@warmbie.com.

Shipping protection

Optional shipping protection can be added at checkout. If a protected package is lost, stolen after confirmed delivery or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
